The Information Service Counters are located on Level I & Level 2. From store information, transportation and lost & Found articles, to helping you find that special gift and updating you on events in town, our Customer Service Staff do their best to assist you. All you have to do is to ask.

With more than 300 fabulous shops, you’ll never be short of gift ideas. When you do pick your gift, come to the level 2, Customer Service Counter and we’ll wrap it for you at a nominal charge.
Baby Stroller & Wheel Chair
These services are available at the Information Counters on level 1.

A BurJuman Centre Gift Voucher is the prefect gift for any occasion. The vouchers are valid at all BurJuman stores, and can be purchased at the Information Counter Level I. Mother & Child Centre
Mothers and their tiny tots will especially enjoy shopping at BurJuman Centre. To ensure they have a great time at our centre, Mother & Child Centres for feeding and changing are located on level 1 and 2.
Prayer Room
Separate prayer rooms for ladies and gents are located next to the Food Court, North Village.
ATMs
The Automatic Teller Machines are located throughout the mall.
Public Telephones
Payphones are located on all levels of the centre – in the north and south courts on the first and second levels and next to the food court on the third level. One coin telephone is available in the Centre court ground floor lobby, North Village.
