Responsible for design, development and implementation of ENEC

supervisory and leadership programs.

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify supervisory and leadership training program content.

- Evaluate incumbents’ past experience with leadership and management training to determine training plans.

- Design, develop and implement supervisory and leadership programs that satisfy identified needs for ENEC corporation and Braka NPP staff in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Deliver supervisory training modules as required.

- Assess trainee learning through a post-training evaluations.

- Collect feedback and performance data to initiate enhancements to improve program effectiveness.

- Provide periodic reports regarding trainee and program effectiveness.

- Establish, implement, and maintain a management system (process and procedures) for the supervisory and leadership programs which meet industry standards and applicable regulations.

- Drafts and submits related division budget to include support of corporate and plant staff training programs for supervisory and leadership skills.

- Maintains accountability for execution of funds allotted for

supervisory and leadership training initiatives.

- Coordinate with Human Resources, Training, and Line Management to design and deliver supervisory and leadership initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal and external organizations to develop, design, and deliver effective supervisory and leadership programs.
