Mall Management Operations Director – UAE National ONLY! Job – IRIS Executives

Iris Executives, an Emiratisation Specialist consultancy, on behalf of an investment firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced and competent Operation Director with Mall Management experience.

This role will entail the following:

Create and establish the business model for the mall operations, adopting international best practice and technology in asset management policy and procedures.

Build the senior and middle management teams and structure training and development activity to create results-orientated project and centre management departments.

Full financial modeling and control of the project and ongoing operation from initial feasibility study to the management of the operations financial reporting systems.

Negotiate the services provision of signature tenant lease agreements with clients and continue to lead relationship management with key clients.

Ensure accurate project management, sustainable cost-effective operation, effective risk management and optimised contact management.

Planning, organizing and controlling purchasing activities, maintaining uninterrupted flow of materials to support schedules.
