Electromechanical Manager Job

A leading Group of Companies located in both Dubai and Sharjah undertaking reputed projects is looking for an Electromechanical Manager having Elect. Engineering Degree with ample experience in UAE. He should be capable to operate as a profit centre, well versed with UAE market in the field of Electromechanical Contracting.

Duties and responsibilities:

1.Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration for new business development and project execution.

2.Identify projects in advance and fulfill in contract awards,responsibility to ensure payments in time.

3. Plans and implements engineering program, including defining the project philosophy, activities, milestones, and staff requirements, per customer requirements.

4. Develops and maintains a schedule and budget for the assigned engineering project.

5. Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.

6. Identifies project staffing requirements and coordinates staffing with supporting organization managers.

7. Coordinates preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages.

8. Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

9. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

11. Results-focused, a team player with excellent negotiations skills.
