“Human Resources NDP Supervisor” at United Arab Shipping Company
Jobs — By Jennie on January 11, 2011 at 1:50 am We are looking for an enthusiastic Mature GCC National to fill this post of National Development Program Supervisor, where he can use his skills and knowledge in guiding and coaching the “NDP’s“ National Development Program Trainees.
Role Responsibilities:
- To Assist in the design & Follow up of the structured training plan for every “NDP” new joiner
- on the training path for each “NDP”
- Prepare & Participate in the quarterly assessment workshops of the NDP progress & prepare the assessment monthly report.
- Assist in the resolution of the NDP’s Grievance & Administrating of Disciplinary actions
- Search, negotiate & get involved in career fares.
- Administer the NDP approved budget (as per company policy)
- Provide coaching & advise where necessary to NDP trainees.
- Works toward insuring an operational targeted position is identified to accommodate each NDP trainee upon completion of 5th quarter.
Other Attributes:
This candidate will be reporting directly to the Group Human Resources Vice President
Preferably a Male above 28 years old, with a minimum of three years experience in Human Resources field, and six years overall experience.
