Jumeirah Beach Dubai

Nowadays (1960) Jumeirah has been the main focus for western expatriate residences, but a huge expansion of the emirate since 1995, an increase in housing construction through Dubai. Jumeirah, as a rule, the consent of one of the most prestigious parts of Dubai and this has led to the use of the name of Jumeirah, a brand that means exclusivity (for example, “Jumeirah Beach Hotel” and the “Jumeirah Beach Club”). Recently, Works of Madinat Jumeirah, or “Jumeirah City” opened. It consists of an architecturally interesting shopping mall, 3 luxury 5-star hotels (Mina A’Salam Al Qasr and Dar Al Masyaf), as well as several residential areas. He declared that it was “the embodiment of Arabian hospitality in Dubai”.
Despite competition from many new areas, and although many well-to-do Jumeirah has already moved on to some of these areas, such as Dubai Marina, a new Palm islands, lakes, springs and meadows, Jumeirah is still one of the most expensive and exclusive areas of Dubai. 2009 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup was held beaches in Jumeirah.
